A reimagined Marvel Universe where iconic heroes (Iron Man, Black Widow, Spiderman) are college students. Players built their campus, recruited heroes, and navigated a deep, mystery-filled storyline. The game evolved from a mobile builder management and sim game into a complex character-collector RPG game, while still maintaining its sim elements.

  • Designed and executed recurring 4-week Live Ops event cycles, transforming iconic Marvel storylines into engaging gameplay loops that consistently met or exceeded monthly revenue quotas.

  • Innovated on event-specific mechanics (such as combat encounters and scavenger hunts) to differentiate seasonal content, reducing player fatigue and maintaining high Day-7 and Day-30 retention.

  • Managed complex event economies, balancing limited-time currencies, character unlock requirements, and character drop rates to optimize monetization without compromising player sentiment.

  • Collaborated with cross-functional pods (Art, Engineering, and Narrative) to deliver high-fidelity character content and environment expansions within tight, license-restricted deadlines.

  • Analyzed real-time telemetry data to perform "mid-event" tuning, adjusting drop rates and difficulty curves to stabilize KPIs and maximize player participation.
